In this regard, "LINSONMOTO" informs you that from May 25, 2018 this Privacy Policy is in force, and according to it, "LINSONMOTO” processes your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Personal Data Protection Act.

2.2. Scope of personal data processing
"LINSONMOTO" processes the personal data of its users solely for the purposes of providing a functioning website, providing the option to carry out online trading and delivery of the ordered products, as well as for the needs of our content and services.
The collection and use of personal data of our users is carried out systematically, on the basis of their express consent or with a view to concluding a contract for the purchase and sale of goods.
Outside of the above specified cases, personal data may only be collected based on a legal requirement.
2.3. Categories of personal data and purposes for which they are collected
"LINSONMOTO" processes publicly available personal data or personal data provided by users / customers of the website.

Goods are delivered by the courier company ECONT to an address or office of ECONT on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria specified by the User. When the User indicates an address, he does so only for the purpose of delivery of the ordered goods, contract for the purchase of which he concluded through the website www.barracudamoto.bg.
2.4 Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties
For the purpose of delivery of ordered goods
Your personal data is provided to third parties only in cases where this is necessary for the performance of the delivery contract. When making the payments, we provide your payment data to the credit institution that is obliged with the payment order, resp. to the payment service provider specified when placing the order.
3. Basis for processing personal data
The legal basis for processing the subject's personal data, which is necessary for the performance of the contract to which the subject of the personal data is a party, is Art. 6, paragraph 1, b. "b" of GDPR. The same applies to processing that is necessary before the conclusion of the contract. Insofar as the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation that applies to our company, the legal basis is Art. 6, paragraph 1, b. "c" of GDPR.
When the processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another individual, the legal basis is Art. 6, para. 1, b. "d" of GDPR.
When the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of our company or of a third party, except when the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject take precedence over such interests, the legal basis is Art. 6, Paragraph 1, b. "e" of GDPR.
4. Deletion of data and storage period
When the purpose of the processing ceases, the subject's personal data is deleted or blocked.
Data may be stored after this period, in cases where European or national legislation, in regulations, laws or other provisions of the Union have provided for this.
Blocking or deletion is also carried out when the term for storage of the data provided for in the specified normative documents expires, except in cases where there is a need for further storage for the purposes of concluding a contract or the execution thereof.
